I bought and returned this after a week of struggling to use it. I found it not to be intuitive to operate/navigate, couldn't find decent apps, couldn't see any real support system nor instructions and never figured out how to remove bloatware. You get what you pay for. There's a reason the iPad is the gold standard. Traded it in for an iPad and within hours felt like I had joined the 21st century. Samsung is a legend in its own mind. In reality, it is a disappointment.

I returned the tablet a week after I began to use it. Some program "keys" are along frame of tablet. Had to be careful as to where tablet was held as screen would change if accidently touching one of theses "keys". Getting to and from different apps and windows too convoluted.. Would receive messages advising user to close window before allowed to proceed to different app or windows -- what windows? Had no other windows open. This tablet not user friendly.

While the product might work, there is no documentation or help for the device except for a 6 tiny page getting started booklet that tells you where the on/off switch and volume control is and how to connect to the internet. Beyond that, your on your own. I cannot figure out how to use anything on the device. I use a laptop computer daily, but this thing does not work anything like a computer and is not at all intuitive. It is just a very expensive paperweight, sorry I bought it.
