What a nice little package. Most of any of the problems with this unit has to do with updating the drivers through the swupdate utiltiy in the samsung pc. Just start typing swupdate and it will pop up. You need to run this after each update installation until it says no more updates. Reboot after each update. I had 10 updates on my and it corrected all the issues.

Shipment came in on time. There is just so much wrong. Internet very rarely works. Every time I turn it on, it has to process something. The apps, you download, don't work or work really slowly. The keyboard works when it wants. The audio works well. I wanted the tablet for school, and made a poor choice. Most of the work you need to download is through word processor which you have to buy it extra. Within the few weeks I've had it, I've had to reboot it several times. It just goes on and on. Not the best product on the market

I enjoy my smart PC. At first I was frustrated with windows 8 but once I got the hang of it, I an going to expand my knowledge. It arrived on time and in good condition. Thank you.
